This is one of the more desireable bikes from the golden age of touring bikes. It is more than I would like to pay for the frame. That said if it were my size and I wanted it, I would think about paying somewhat more than what I thought would be the FMV. It's not as if these bikes show up all that often. On the plus side, finding period correct parts--if that is what you want--will not be expensive. There are a lot of 110/74 bcd square taper cranks out there and there are a lot of deore quality derailleurs out there.
