Hey guys just checking in say hi to everyone.
My GF and I just got Escape 1 and Liv Alight 3 days ago.
I'll be commuting about 15miles back and forth with bike as soon as I finish adjustment.
This forum has helped me a lot to choose my first adult bike. We are enjoying so much that already put about 60 miles in 3 days. Can't wait to start real training(hope my escape1 is good enough for trainging
) and participate local events! Any good trainig tips for the beginer would be appriciated!
