You want to get rid of bike licenses in your city it's easy. Just go to court. Every time they bring in licenses the costs of enforcing them quickly end up costing the city huge amounts.
7+ cops to confiscate a bike under a bylaw, and arrest two teenagers? Looks racist to me.
