Finally done with work for the week. Time for my long one day weekend...
Had planned gym in the morning and ride in the evening but found out my gym doesn't open until 6am on Saturday so had to push it off until after work. Got home, loaded up on pre-workout, knocked out leg day and then came home for a fun 1.5 hr ride with 3x12 over unders. I gues all the carbs (donuts) at work today helped push through this one.
