I like what he says in that video. I'll have to go see what he's said in others.
They are issues I deal with here. By far the biggest is people giving up their right-of-way and wanting me to cross in front of them when I'd already adjusted to take the gap after them. Some get really mad when I refuse their generosity and stop an wait for them to move on. Although that means the gap between them and the following cars closed up and I might have to wait for a long time.
Here and in most other states I've been too, cars are only required to stop when persons are actually in the crossing. Not when the walkers, runners, cyclists are approaching or stopped waiting to cross.
