Kinda funny (at least to me). Named after a rider, e was from Belgium. The frame has a big "Handbuilt in Belgium" painted logo on the seattube and has flax mixed into the weave. Interestingly, when you look inside the bb shell, there are stickers in an Asian language. My guess is that the company bought a bunch of chinese frames and "finished" them with a local flax subsidy.
