Just a guess but that is Marcel Calborn? If I remember correctly, he was a Colnago distributor in SoCal BITD and also marketed Celo and Calborn frames which were Colnago built.
Yessir, that is the same Marcel! He still has a lot of Colnagos in his inventory.
