Got roped into a group ride on Saturday at the end of my off week. Probably went too hard considering the week. Felt like ass for most of the ride, and the 34-degree sticky-wet fog didn't help anything.
Looking forward to getting back into the swing of intervals. I don't think I needed the rest week, as I had no perceived built-up fatigue and was juuuust starting to feel my fitness building when I stopped riding.
