Got off of work Tuesday and did a Sweet Spot workout with 200% jumps. Slept poorly that night, then was back on the bike doing 3x10 95% Sweet Spots at 10 am. I was pretty wiped by the time I finished the final interval.
Anybody have tips on how to sleep better? Melatonin leaves me a little foggy in the morning, and diphenhydramine is even worse. Seems like good sleep is getting harder and harder to come by as I get older.
