When I joined the Army 20 years ago most of my peers were punks, for some reason being an infantryman appealed to a generation of us. My office mate is an old skater and punk and here we are old and making changes to the system when we can.
I was assuming you were currently a soldier (mistakenly) and the irony of "disobey" caused my reaction. Still funny to me, but I hope I didn't offend for pointing that out.
