I always use the trail when I ride thru the Mills for that exact reason. But I'm usually crossing that intersection to go north on Plymouth rather than ride along Mtka. And Minnetonka PD only cares about giving tickets to cyclist, not protecting cyclist. I've had the conversation with the police chief and my council member and it is clear in talking to them that cyclist are the problem.
