It's jerk narcissists with little self control and mommy's credit card, being careless callous bullies on streets and trails.
ebikes are just a tool, but need enforceable accountability..
It's a team sport, some people can't play on the varsity team and need to be sent home until they learn to play with others,
for safety sake. For the good of the team.
