I can't tell if it's a Bottechia (I think it probably is, but I lack the knowledge to identify a frame by shape and physical details).
But I am 99% certain it's repainted, my untrained eye can see the imperfect shape of the colours edges, and it looks like it was painted yesterday.
I rode it for 1 kilometer and I liked it, so I might buy it after all.
