I carried the cane with me on this morning's dog walk, but did not use it.
Yesterday's dumb potato comment was directed mainly at the chiropractor I saw in San Cristobal de las Casas. He just couldn't wrap his head around the possibility the "The Bed" generically speaking could be the problem. He was all about what kind of bed--soft, hard, etc. I lost all patience with him and, if I hadn't been in such bad shape, might have walked. That's the thing about chiropractor's offices. If you're there at all it's because of a severe need.
I am still the only one who thinks(knows)that the hammock, in and of itself, can be a curative tool
