Once at a pho joint in Vancouver the little lady went all out and got the Bún bò Huế, which includes cubes of congealed pork blood. I ate one of those cubes and I think that'll do for the rest of my entire life.
I was traveling in Belize with a guy who ordered blood sausage for breakfast. I had never heard of it and couldn't watch him eat it.
