I commute on my vintage rides all the time. My only contemporary ride is my Surly Big Dummy.
A AMF Hercules that I built drum brake wheels for (Sachs orbit front hub, Sturmey Archer AB rear hub).
A 30's-40's Raleigh loop frame of some kind. Originally had an oilcloth chaincase and nickle plated chainring.
An 80'S Mercier of Super Vitus 971 tubing.
A Raleigh Twenty. I do take this bike on buses sometimes.
