No, you won't even need to crank the B-screw all the way, just turn it in until the "motor boating" sound goes away in the largest cog.
Shimano is conservative with their ratings. Going 2 teeth over the rated number of teeth will almost always work. Just make sure it doesn't bind in the large-large combo before you ride it.
