I'm paying the price for starting riding too late today.
Drank 50oz water and 20 oz latte during ride, leg cramps started about mile 25.
Got home and guzzled a litre of coco water with a banana and a scoop of whey blended in, then had a pint of water. Luckily that killed the cramps but I'm still feeling absolutely spent.
