On the bottle it offers a few easy ways to measure, the easiest IMHO is to count drops - 3 ml ~ 40 drops from their bottle. Realistically a very big precision is not required in this case.
I just put the same amount of drops as amount of ounces in the water bottle (my bottles are 21 oz) + a few extra drops.
