The decals on the bike make it a '69 model (at the earliest) and suspect the bike is an early to mid seventies model... the derailleur gearing you removed will tell you a lot as will the serial number.
Sixty Fiver, the serial number is 1416669. I couldn't find this sequence in any of the list I checked. Also, shown below is the derailleur.
