1, Stand on scale, holding bike, 2. stand on scale without bike .. subtract your weight , & weight of bike remains ..
A bathroom scale isn't sensitive enough to tell me if the alloy bolts in my carbon bottle cage and chainring saved enough grams for my sub 7kg bike build!
