I have a question about fitting weight-training into my winter workout routine.
I was considering doing a schedule something like this
Mon. - Gym
Tue. - Easy Rollers
Wed. - Off
Thu. - Gym
Fri. - Easy Rollers
Sat. - Intervals Rollers
Sun. - Easy Rollers
Do you guys think this would workout okay?
Do folks usually cycle and lift on the same day?
Should I do harder workouts on my rollers?
