Depends on what "fast" means... this is my most aggressively angled bike. 1986 Trek 400 Elance, with Suntour Command Shifters, XC Comp RD, XC Pro FD and Avocet touring triple crankset- with 50 and 42 drilled RINO rings and a Campagnolo 28.
