I had the second to rear molar go years ago and had a crown put on. Eventually it failed so I had a bridge done wit the adjoining teeth. One of them started to fail and the bridge was lost. I had to have a bone graph since there was so much bone loss the implant would break into the sinus cavity. I had 2 implants done and a 3 tooth bridge installed.

Rock solid.

Luckily my brother-in-law is a dentist. I had the bone graph done by a professor at the University of Pennsylvania Dental School and he gave me a 50% discount. The implants done by his friend that gave me a huger "courtesy" and my brother-in-law did the restoration. If it was all out of pocket, it would of been over $12,000.
