I agree with $300 being a good as-is price.

FWIW, I sold my late ‘80s Olmo San Remo for $450 earlier this year. It had full Superbe group and looked/rode great. OP’s paint is in better condition so I’d put this one over $500 all cleaned up with some matching components.
