I hear you, I'm currently 73 (hope to lose a few years, but no luck yet) and my problem is like yours-after a good workout or ride on the bike I replenish with a good meal and beer. Current wife (no plans to lose anytime soon) keeps telling me I'm too skinny. I can live with that. I'm not putting on weight and I feel really healthy, so it's all good.
Ha, Spedfast - Wife is a big contributor as a great cook and baker despite her size 0 frame so I make up for the excess. Forgot about wine and beer intake….so that is an opportunity and detriment.
