Ha, Spedfast - Wife is a big contributor as a great cook and baker despite her size 0 frame so I make up for the excess. Forgot about wine and beer intake….so that is an opportunity and detriment.
Haha! My mother-in-law told my wife when she was a young girl that the way to a man's heart was through his stomach--she too is a small woman but a great cook. While she eats like a bird, I eat like a horse. I hate to think how big I'd be if not for riding haha.
