I started having issues in my 40s after having great vision before that. It started with the TV looking a little weird but I wasn't sure if it was my eyes. Then it got harder to read in low light. Now I wear bifocals. I've been wearing 1.75 reading sunglasses on the bike and it works. The eye doc said if it works, fine.
