Carbonfiberboy 's partner, my wife has similar experiences. She has bouts of vertigo and the Epley maneuver cures it. I help her get the positions right. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to get it right or it needs to be repeated to get the full effect. Also, doing the maneuver makes her want to puke. But it fixes the problem. Then she's fine until some months later those dang ear crystals get out of position and she needs it again....
