Varies from person to person, I took 4 days off after the first shot (Moderna), just now after the second, had the worst headache of my life (I usually don't even get them) the day after, but already better in the evening and 2nd day after was already pretty normal. What seems common for Moderna at least is feeling tired and sluggish the day after.
