Up top at the visitors center my wife told the ranger how disappointed I was. :-) We fully benefited when we crossed Trail Ridge Road later that week. During our 9000 mile (in the car with the tandem on the back) National Parks trip in 2021 we really benefited!
I also bought mine for $10. The second trip I used mine, it saved me $60.

I think we are making all those young kids under 62 jealous.
