Serotta is a magician with steel, no way should a steel bike with tubes that big be that light.
I remember it did ride somewhat stiff for a steel bike, but that was when I was running 23mm tires at 110psi
The bottom bracket had like no flex with the expanded seat tube at the bottom. Very responsive.
