Yesterday a local ex-pro hosted what was supposed to be a race-sim ride since there was no local race. Only 4 people showed up so it just turned into a hard tempo ride. Good times were had by all and we did a "reverse paceline" drill for a bit. Rider in the back has to sprint to or past the front every 90 seconds, person second in line is responsible for closing the gap. Makes the time pass fast and really fun simulated riding. Highly recommend.
Home, lunch, dinner and packed up my backpack. Went and spent the night in the mountains to break in a new tent. Hiked out this morning and have been tired all day. Did get a ~6 mile run in this afternoon though. Weather here is awesome.
