And fitting 26" wheels to a 29'er wouldnt work -- unless you dont like to have a brake - but the bike is physically too big -- aesthetically it would be horrible , even if it were hypothetically a disc brake machine or something. yes, i understand the brake issue and esthetic (if it does nt look right, it s not right).
I was thinking wheelbase is the biggest issue hence my “lack” of handling with my 20” bkie that has pretty much a cyclocross wheelbase length…
