I can't find it online anymore.
Basically, it's a custom thing made by a racer who is also an engineer. It mounts to the shaft of the stem and has the square mount to mate with SRM head units.
I got it back in like 2011 when the Scattos first came out. I can't find his website anymore. Maybe try posting in slowtwitch's forums. They will know.
