Wow, if you are near Grin, that is quite a local resource! Best in North America.

You would need a controller diagram to fix it, but typically I just close the circuit at the controller and that gives full power.
I always download a copy of the controller wiring diagram when I get one.

Grin isn't a low cost supplier but what I've seen purchasing from China, is the shipping costs often doubles the listed price.
