Preferred Youtube video(s) for basic fitting?
There are approximately 9,975 youtube videos on bike fitting, including videos telling me every other method is doing it wrong and everything anyone else says is a myth. There is contradictory information, and videos implying you can't get a good fit without going to Cat 1 physical therapist with 20 years of bike fit experience and $10k in motion sensor hardware.
I"m pretty overwhelmed and suffering from paralysis from analysis.
What's a good video or videos on bike fit? I'm just trying to get close for now - since I suspect a professional fit is in my future.
