not really having watched many (more like 5-6) videos on 'fitting' position to a road bike.
I can only help on reducing that number of 'possibles' to a more manageable level...
If, the first thing they do, is anything else but NOT discuss how you should take your important body dimension measurements.... knock that video out, don;t bother going further...
