Looks like a Taiwanese Bicycle shop that sells the Birdy Ti and customizes them with Colorplus components. They include contact info but no pricing.

Edit- looks like I can't post facebook links of the bike shop. So do a Google search for Wun Pang Bicycle Birdy Ti and it'll pop up within the first 5 search items.
