You've been around here long enough to see the binary thinking that often goes on here. I believe that is partly why "Living Car Free" is such a ghost town. As you said, the dude was car-free for 4 years. I remember (barely) my 4 years of college seemed to take FOREVER to pass. So car-free for whatever reason four years gives the guy some serious street cred, IMO. And I bet he drives perfectly around cyclists after his time on two wheels.
It saddens me that many ppl would probably enjoy posting here (and I'd enjoy reading) if not for the set of trolls who think we have to live on Mars to be car-free. Wait....even MARS has go-carts on it now, so maybe Jupiter?
