none other than the paved "rail trail" are rideable, comfortably

White Pond Rd north and out of the preserve is paved

lots of 100? yr old paved rods broken and overgrown but wide enough for trucks

interior trails are dirt and gravel

I've seen road bikes coming thru as part of what must be a longer, larger route. but you don't see road bikers in the preserve. so I'll bet you can make your connections. but mostly only if it is dry

I probably have pics of every road and trail in the there, but don't have them catalogued
