I'm kicking myself for turning down a pretty darn decent offer for my car last week because I had what I thought was a serious buyer willing to pay more coming yesterday. Yesterday guy never showed. Had some lame excuse about running out of cell data and something else.

Not sure what to do now except hopefully wait for the right buyer since I'm not technically in a rush (other than my own impatience we don't have a need to sell it).
