The decals are 1988 -1989. In the USA market, Cromor was used in 1989 on the Campione d'Italia but it was spec'd with the mixed SunTour/Ofmega/Modolo Quattro group. The only Shimano New105 plus Cromor model that I'm aware of from this era was the Canadian market Brava.
Edit: It appears to have seven cogs on the back versus six, in which case it should be 1989 model. The serial number should provide confirmation on the manufacture date..
