Felt Bicycles{some can be pricey), Electra, SixThreeZero, Fito, Greenline, Firmstrong, Genesis 29". Felt Bicycles, in my opinion, are the best in quality. If you can find a vintage Schwinn "heavy duty" in great shape, they are built very strong but expensive because of collectability.
