I can understand the confusion ... not too clear what is road and sidewalk (sidepath)
Minneapolis' Midtown Greenway gets cars on a regular basis.
Very confused driver took car onto Midtown Greenway in Minneapolis | City Pages Worst still, there's no way to turn around on the Greenway (too narrow) and there are only a small number of at grade crossings for an exit (nearly 3 miles with one at grade crossing). This is the one at-grade crossing and it does look like a road and the tiny "No Motor Vehicle" sign is easy to miss.
