Lake CX145 Road Shoes

My dilemma is size choice. I usually wear a size 14 US.. which eg. translates to a 49 in Giro (and same I think in Sidi). According the size chart and Lake's website, they only make 48 or 50 (size 13 or 15 US).. kinda annoying.
I have the mtn bike version of those. I normally ride 43.5ish and went with 45s so I'd be able to fit some thick socks comfortably and they fit well. I think I picked mine up during one of the same nashbar deals two years ago. I've been pretty happy with them. They aren't super warm, 303s if you want that, but they are much better than normal shoes. My feet get cold easy but in the upper 30s I can get away with just wool socks and the shoes but once it gets down into the low 30s I still bust out the chemical toe warmers.
