TT's are done and there is a circuit race on the calendar in a few weeks, so in the event I feel like doing it, my coach has gone from TT focused training to dropping in a 5-set microburst workout of 20 x 15"/15" @ 150%/50%. That was quite the change of pace to wake up to this morning.
