Moderate Z2 metric century on the road bike. Given the slower speed and more elevation, more time. So more KJ's and more TSS. Did fine on two bottles and a decent lunch before. Almost shed a tear as brewery on way home opened at 3, it was 2:15. So sad.

My running has added a bit much cortisol and weight. As soon as I cut it, the weight falls. Whatever. It's cheap aerobic time when needed in off season.

Count down on super TT extensions coming in and Notio testing. If I find even 10w, it'll be sweet. Then the modern tubeless trispoke and disc. 20w total would be stellar. I'm sure as an average joe schmuck I can get sub 0.200.
