I knew what I wanted, and headed into Chinatown in search of a Vietnamese restaurant I passed last night. I was craving Pho. A noodle soup with a broth, if done to perfection, is so tasty and addicting, one can't get enough of it once experienced. As Anthony Bourdain once put it, it's like crack to a junkie! :-9\

I found the place and the folks allowed me to put my fully-loaded bike inside to my relief. I enjoyed a large bowl of Beef Pho which warmed me from the inside. Hadn't enjoyed such a good example since Boston!

Still had time to kill, so I worked my way back to enjoy the setting Sun.
