Doesn't pass the "I don't want to look like an idiot" test. Even the obvious expert in the video looks like an awkward cartoon character.
To take it seriously, there's no way you should be doing this around other pedestrians or on trafficked roads. The problem is obvious, a fast stop or course correction is going to be very unpleasant. Your center of gravity is way too high for safe control.
The real competition is not cycling, btw, it's scooters, skateboards and rollerblades.
